A fine quality .32 rimfire four barrelled, sharps petent Derringer manufactured by Tipping & Lawden. This gun has a finely engravedgilt brass frame with mother of pearl grips. The barrel is also engraved but has lost its blued finish. This gun is contained in its original figured rosewood deluxe case with brass banding and is lined with red velvet. The lid with part of the original trade label is still intact.

The
Iron hilt of this sword is heavily chiselled with faces surrounded by foliate
work and is mounted on a pierced and engraved single edge blade, of which
there are a number of contact points showing along its edge.
It also has a wire bound ray skin grip which is surmounted by brass turks heads. This is a fine example of the type of sword that was used by the English cavalry officers during the seventeenth century battles of the English Civil War.
